Demographies -  Many small business fail entirely to give enough consideration to the area they trade in. Just because you happen to live in a particular area doesn’t mean that’s the area that you should be offering services. Ideally, businesses should chose a trading region to suit their services or amend their services to suit the demographies for that region.

We take a look at to see if the business is really pitching the right services in the right location and if the pricing structure is reasonably accurate. We may end up making recommendations for additional services to consider or for alterations to existing services depending on what we find within your trading locality.

Methodologies - Working practises is something else we take a look at to see if the way you do your business differs substantially from the norm. It may well be that we can offer suggestions to modify some of the systems in place with a view to cost cutting or service improvements.

Client Retention - Another key area that get overlooked by many small businesses is customer retention. By making service improvements customer retention can improve significantly which opens the doors to repeat business.

Business Referrals - Some businesses get loads of referrals whilst others hardly get a mention. We look at what you are doing to bring in new clients using business referral techniques.

Customer Services - Many larger companies have discovered that by raising the levels of customer services they get more referrals and repeat business.

Business Image - Image is another area that comes in for scrutiny. We make determinations on the image presented by the business to see if it is likely to meet with the expectations of the customer profile. This particular area is hugely important because customer conversion rates vary considerably based on whether companies get it right or wrong.

Client Conversion Rates - It’s important that businesses are reminded that marketing is about bringing in new potential clients but these are only potentials and they still require converting into paying clients. For example, take a company that converts 25% of its new client enquiries into paying clients and compare it to a company that converts 50% of new client enquires and you should be able to work out that one company is paying twice as much as the other for each new client.
